Professional Experience
Cris began her career in hospital corporate finance before transitioning into Community Health Center leadership, where she served as Chief Financial Officer for eight years. She has also served as an interim CFO and has conducted Operational Site Visits and compliance reviews across 48 states.
Her experience spans financial management, federal grant compliance, revenue cycle oversight, board reporting, procurement compliance, contract management, and organizational stabilization during periods of financial distress.
